Trama Vital is our workplace mental health program: we work across four dimensions that build on each other — diagnosis, promotion, prevention and response — to support organizations at every stage of caring for their teams.
Diagnosis
A Pulse tool to capture overall climate, detect early signals and identify trends for decision-making.
Tailored assessments that enable an in-depth exploratory process and an analysis of the organization's current state across dimensions linked to mental health.
Promotion
With a continuous, articulated process in mind, we design actions aimed at strengthening individual and collective capacities for the psychological and emotional wellbeing of teams. Some of our self-care and wellbeing activities include body intelligence and emotional regulation, among others. We also develop programs for leaders and HR teams to strengthen their ability to identify and support mental health issues.
Prevention
We promote psychoeducation spaces that enable early identification of mental health issues, as well as the reduction of risk factors. Some of our activities include workshops focused on mental health (anxiety, depression, problematic substance use, burnout, etc.) and on life processes such as grief, postpartum, menopause and others.
Response
We advise and support organizations in developing context-specific response protocols that establish a course of action when mental health issues are detected, whether they arise from the workplace or from personal and family environments. We also develop mental health point-person programs that build a team as an initial point of contact, and we provide case-by-case consulting where we help design action plans.
